Mindi Weichman
As the Principal of the firm, Mindi brings two decades of experience across landmark commercial projects and bespoke private residences. She has a steady, thoughtful approach to every scale of design. Mindi’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that the best interiors are both considered and personal: spaces that function with ease, embody a sense of refinement, and enrich daily experience, whether in a workplace, hospitality setting, or private home.
Erin Mallon
Erin is a creative and detail-oriented Senior Designer with a passion for crafting thoughtfully curated spaces. She brings expertise across all phases of design—from concept ideation and narrative storytelling to construction documentation and furniture selection—seamlessly blending functionality with aesthetic vision. Her enthusiasm for hand sketching and storytelling brings unique ideas to life, while her diverse experience in hospitality, workplace, retail, and residential projects allows her to weave together multiple sensibilities.
Raechel Schofield
Raechel approaches each project with a balance of rigor and creativity. As Senior Designer at the studio she is known for her collaborative spirit and positive, can-do attitude, bringing clarity and energy to the design process, ensuring progress feels seamless and engaging. Raechel has a talent for layering personality into every space—whether commercial or residential—resulting in environments that feel authentic, inviting, and deeply connected to the people who use them.
Our interior design studio is ‘kin’ to our architecture practice STUDY.
STUDY creates built environments that seem to spring naturally from their landscapes. They are dedicated to architecture that expresses the values of the people who live in it. Whether an estate along the California coast or a ski chalet in Montana, their projects explore how the particulars of place and materials can be translated into timeless design. Our two firms collaborate to create homes together, and also work apart on our individual projects bringing either our architectural or interior design expertise to clients depending on their needs.
